Bill Clinton's awesome ad-libbing taxes his teleprompter operator

Master orator Bill Clinton brought the crowd to its feet at the Democratic National Convention last night, but he got no props from the poor, overworked person who was operating his teleprompter. The 42nd president of the United States embellished his speech with unexpected bells and whistles, and those golden extras are hard work for a teleprompter guy, who has to stop and start the flow of words to keep pace with the speaker, and try hard to avoid a total meltdown. Pundits are having a ball ranking Clinton's ad-libs, which accounted for 15 percent of his speech and nearly doubled its length.
