Bill Gates says it's beyond time for the Boy Scouts of America to lift its ban on gay Scouts and leaders. "Absolutely," he said Wednesday night in Washington, D.C., during the first of Politico's "Playbook Cocktails" interviews. "Because it's 2013." Bureau chief Mike Allen quizzed him about his own time as a Scout. "[I learned] how to tie knots, how to weave baskets, how to hike long distances without complaining too much," Gates said.
