Bill Maher goes looking for Mitt Romney's 'other wives'

Liberal firebrand Bill Maher used last night's edition of his HBO show to create a new election-year controversy: "wiferism." Modeled precisely on the birther movement, Maher's wiferism demand is that Mitt Romney prove that he has only one lawful wife by providing an original copy of his marriage certificate. That photocopy from Michigan? Not going to cut it. Every joke is a jab at the birthers, who deserve it, and at the Mormon Romney, who might not. Will that stop Maher? There's a better chance of Romney actually having a second wife, which is to say: No way.
