Bill Maher mocks Romney's vow to keep 'God' on America's money
9/16/2012After Mitt Romney pledged last week to never let the word "God" be removed from American currency, comedian talk show host Bill Maher responded yesterday in his show's New Rules segment, and the hilarious reply has gone viral. In the clip (starting at 2:26), he sarcastically voices concern about placing money — another "supreme, all-powerful entity" — next to God, and also pokes fun of other recent news events such as the guy who smuggled a monkey in his pants, and the revelation that Mitt Romney might sleep naked. (Which, by the way, eww.)
