Man was so intent on Black Friday deals, he left kid, car at the store
11/23/2012There's nothing wrong with using Black Friday to do a little shopping for yourself. Well, unless you're so focused on that new 51-inch television that you leave the 2-year-old you're babysitting in a parked car at 1:30 a.m. and somehow make it home without the boy or the car (But WITH the TV, obviously). Anthony Perry of Springfield, Mass., was arrested for that very thing, after Kmart security discovered his girlfriend's toddler son asleep in a car in the parking lot. Police say he told officers that the boy had gotten lost while they were shopping, but couldn't explain why he never reported him missing, nor how the kid got back into the car. [Source]
