Blow-darting is the hot sport for seniors in Japan

An utterly unlikely new sport — blow-darting — is turning into a senior citizen craze in Japan. A national blow dart club has seen its membership triple over the past five years and is expected have 30,000 members by year's end. The average age of its members? 70. Think of it as archery for the aged: All participants need to do is blow a dart at a target. "Older people are really getting into it because it's easy for anyone to do — whether your legs are playing up, you're confined to a wheelchair or missing an arm," one blow darting instructor says. "In fact, you can do it even if you have no arms."
