Rather than simply offering time off, Bart Lorang, CEO of the Denver-based tech startup FullContact API, gives his employees a whopping $7,500 to take vacations. There are only two stipulations: You have to actually take a vacation with the money, and you can't take any work calls, respond to emails, or tweet about the office while away.
