Man who breast-feeds told he can't lead breast-feeding group

Should a man be able to lead a breast-feeding group? What if that man was born a woman -- and kept all of his original reproductive organs intact, leaving him capable of becoming pregnant? That’s the scenario faced by Canadian Trevor MacDonald, who was born a woman but is now a transgender man. He gave birth to a baby boy, and with the help of the La Leche League, breastfed his son.
