Brooke Mueller avoids jail time and angers alleged victim

Brooke Mueller probably doesn't have to worry about any jail time following her December arrest for cocaine possession and third degree assault. TMZ reports that Charlie Sheen's ex is working on a plea deal with Aspen, CO, prosecutors that won't involve any kind of confinement. But Llana Little, the woman Mueller allegedly punched outside a night club, has boosted Mueller's social media visibility by reacting vociferously to the news. Quoted by TMZ, Little insists Mueller should "go to jail" for hitting her and "needs to learn her lesson that what she did was not okay."
