Springsteen jokes that Obama calls him to sing late at night

We knew the Boss and the president were pals — they're campaigning together Monday in Wisconsin, Ohio and Iowa — but we're not sure we knew they were this close. At a rally this morning, Bruce Springsteen joked that "sometimes late at night around 2 or 3 a.m.," his phone would ring and it would be President Obama singing Al Green's "Let's Stay Together." After the second presidential debate, Obama treated him to "I'm Sexy and I Know It," Springsteen said, adding, "I think he has musical aspirations. That's why I need him in the White House.
