Bruce Willis on gun laws: 'I don’t know how you legislate insanity'2/6/2013
Bruce Willis, no stranger to firing all manner of lethal weaponry in countless movie roles, has some thoughts about President Obama's vow to place more restrictions on firearms. In short, he doesn't like the plan — not even a bit. “I think that you can’t start to pick apart anything out of the Bill of Rights without thinking that it’s all going to become undone," Willis said in a recent interview. "If you take one out or change one law, then why wouldn’t they take all your rights away from you?" That said, the "Die Hard" star isn't offering up a silver bullet that will fix the nation's ongoing battle with firearm misuse. The way he sees it, it's a mental-health issue. "I don’t know how you legislate insanity," Willis said. We suspect John McClane would have some opinions about that, and they'd all start with, "Yippee-ki-yay..." Well, you know the rest. [Source]
