Worse than a ski-jump fail? Your dad filming your ski-jump fail

There are so many inspiring videos on YouTube, clips in which kids effortlessly achieve their goals, like riding mountain bike trails for the first time or overcoming their fear of that first big ski jump. This is not one of those videos. This is pretty much the opposite of that, a first try that ends with a face-plant and an "Oh sh*t." "My [11-year-old] tries out the [terrain park] at Kirkwood for the first time," Bryan O'Sullivan posted. "Didn't quite work out, but he walked (okay, limped) away from it." This is an important lesson, kids: If at first you don't succeed, make sure your dad isn't filming it.
