Bully teacher subtracts lunch money from second grader

If the allegations are true, then Baltimore has a teacher who is really out to lunch. The mother of a second-grader has filed a $200,000 lawsuit, saying a teacher has been stealing her son's 40-cent-a-day lunch money to pay for her sodas. In court, the mom claims the teacher pulled her little boy's ears to discipline him, told his class that she'd fine them a quarter every time they acted up, and sometimes tells students she's a 'She-Ra' or the devil. The mom says that her son takes daily medication for his ADHD that will make him sick if he doesn't eat meals.
