New chocolate won't melt in your hand — or your mouth, for that matter

Chocolate-lovers say a huge part of chocolate's appeal is its unique ability to melt just above body temperature, allowing it to turn to silk in your mouth, whereas pants-lovers point out this same property also allows chocolate to melt in the back pocket of your white jeans. People who love both, rejoice: Cadbury has developed a "temperature-tolerating" chocolate that, using science and sugar ground into smaller particles, will stay unmelted even at 104 degrees. However, the British candy-maker only intends to export it to warmer countries such as India and Brazil. Come on, Cadbury, we could use help not getting chocolate fingerprints all over our keyboards.
