We all know that naps are the key to productivity, creativity and being an all-around happy person, so now that you've convinced your boss to install a nap room, it's time to tell him he'll need to install a cappuccino machine, too. Turns out "caffeine naps," in which you drink caffeine before taking a short snooze, pack the biggest punch, but they require you to synchronize your sleep with your lattes. Since caffeine takes 20 to 30 minutes to give you that needed jolt, researchers at Loughborough University suggest downing a cup just before you turn out the lights. When you wake up, voila! You'll benefit from the twofer of the power nap plus the energizing caffeine. [Source]
