California 'pot school' to close, owner blames federal raid
4/8/2012The founder of a medical marijuana training school in California says the facility will shut its doors after it was raided by federal investigators. The laid-back proprietor, Richard Lee, said that the raids were something "we've always feared, but we've always known it's a part of the politics of this issue," the AP reported. Lee's school didn't actually distribute pot: It taught in the ins and outs of growing weed for medical marijuana dispensaries. Lee was not arrested and took the whole thing calmly - well, of course he did.
