Now there's another Pistorius looking at homicide charges

There's a reason Carl Pistorius wasn't in the gallery last week supporting his brother, Oscar, when the South African Olympic runner sought bail in the murder case against him. Carl Pistorius was down the hall in another courtroom, dealing with a charge of culpable homicide from a 2008 crash in which a female motorcyclist lost her life. That charge had initially been dropped but was later being reinstated, similar to the pending charge that got the investigator of Reeva Steenkamp's killing removed from the case against Oscar. Carl Pistorius' lawyer insisted a blood test showed his client was not drunk at the time of the biker's death, which he called "a tragic road accident after the deceased collided with Carl's car."
