Lawyers for alleged donkey-lover claim the law is an ass
12/13/2012A man in Florida (naturally), who's alleged to have included a miniature donkey called Doodle in a furry masturbation session in September, could have skipped off with a plea bargain that included the revocation of his license to work in horse racing. Instead he's decided to take the matter to court, using the Fourteenth Amendment in his defense. Lawyers for Carlos R. Romero, 32, of Marion County, filed a motion that Florida's statute categorizing sexual activities with animals as a crime deprives their client of his "personal liberty … when it comes to private intimate activities." We suspect Romero might just as well claim poor Doodle was begging for it. [Source]
