Carrie Underwood's magic skirt lights up the Grammys
2/11/2013Carrie Underwood alarmed and then delighted audiences when what appeared to be her peeing neon mid-song turned out to be a series of projections on her weirdly giant, stiff frock. Carrie proved that you don’t have to take off your clothes to shock people, as her skirt appeared to spontaneously break into lesions, emit radiation, squirt clouds of ink and burst into a kaleidoscope of butterflies. (See the gallery above.) No, seriously, you looked and sounded great, Carrie. We just hope you didn’t get too hot standing on a rear projector.
