Casey Neistat is back with another video of Nike-shilling fun

1/2/2013

Casey Neistat has finally made an ad for Nike. The filmmaker clocked up over eight million views for his first Nike video, which focused on Neistat's globe-spinning adventures, rather than the company's products. Neistat says Nike's Fuelband simply wasn't available back in April, when the video was debuted -- but in this new clip, he unfortunately makes up for it. The damn Fuelband is shown seemingly every four seconds, spliced between intriguing, though never fully realized, situations in exotic locales. Hiking in South Africa, motorcycling in Vietnam and jet-skiing in Doha looks as cool as it sounds, but unfortunately, Neistat is also fascinated with sprinting through airports -- all in the name of "Do More," the video's tagline. "Always the stairs, never the escalator," he says at one point. How many calories does extreme shilling burn?

Is this great promotion for Nike -- or just an excuse for Neistat to go on vacation?
