Man's face slashed at prison visit, photo posted on Facebook

Chad Seegars, 20, was in the visiting area of New York's Rikers Island when he was allegedly approached from behind by a stranger and slashed down the side of his face. The brutal injury took 90 stitches to fix, but that's not all — a correction officer then posted a stomach-churning photo of Seegars' wound on Facebook. Now the victim is suing the city, the Department of Correction and the Facebook-photo-posting officer. All parties are mum at the moment, though not Seegars' mom Shalanda.
