Driver gets savage beating from Marine over sharing a cab

Charles Hawkesworth Jr. loves being a cab driver, but a brutal beating at the hands of a drunken rider has him rethinking his employment of choice. Some hard-to-watch raw footage from a dashcam shows Marine Gunnery Sgt. John Kinosh repeatedly punching the North Carolina cabbie after being told they were picking up a second passenger, which would have cut Kinosh's fare in half. Police have yet to charge the Marine from Camp Lejeune, N.C., because he turned himself in to a psychiatric facility; Hawkesworth awaits surgery for facial fractures.
