Dim-bulb prankster charged with giving people wedgies

Charles Ross is either a jackass or belongs on “Jackass.” The 18-year-old Florida man has a YouTube channel full of his very annoying public pranks, gags that steer toward the intersection of nuisance and harassment. His latest stunt took him to a movie theater: Ross was arrested after allegedly giving wedgies to unsuspecting strangers outside. Ross, who was reportedly having the stunt taped, is said to have wedgied several victims, but only one was not too embarrassed to press charges, telling cops that Ross grabbed him “by the back of his pants and pulled them up hard.”   [Source]
