Charlie Sheen to donate $1 million to the USO, still crazy

We don’t mean to sound cynical, but the timing of Charlie Sheen’s Monday announcement that he would donate $1 million to the USO was certainly fortuitous. Over the weekend, Sheen’s porn-star ex, Bree Olson, said the actor would sometimes tweet during sex. Sheen, who announced Friday that he was quitting Twitter, said his million-dollar pledge would go towards building an entertainment facility for injured service members in Bethesda, Md. Sheen’s contribution — he pledged 1 percent of profits from his TV series ”Anger Management” with a $1 million minimum — is the single largest donation by an individual donor in the organization’s history.
