Maine GOP chair to investigate mysterious 'black people' who voted
11/15/2012Charlie Webster, the retiring chairman of Maine's Republican Party, says he's launching a one-man investigation of the "black people" who voted this year. "In some parts of the state, there were dozens of black people who came in to vote," Webster said. "Nobody … knew them." For the record, President Obama secured 58 percent of the vote in Maine, so, according to Webster, something must be wrong. He says he's sending "thousands of postcards" to those voters to see how many of the cards come back undelivered, which, to him, will prove that valid voters don’t live at those addresses. He planned to do this two years ago, but the idea "fizzled." [Source]
