Curious cheetah holds tourists hostage for 45 inconvenient minutes
9/19/2012The lion might be king of the jungle, but there's a cheetah in Kenya you don't want to mess with, either. How bad is this cat? In a video from last month that’s just now surfacing, the big cat manages to bring a caravan through the Masai Mara National Reserve to a complete halt for 45 minutes by taking up residence on top of the cab of one of the Jeeps. Hey, sometimes a guy gets a little gnarly about tourists traipsing through his yard every day, and if it means holding a few of them breathlessly captive for a chunk of the afternoon, so be it. Let's hope they sold a change of skivvies back at the gift shop.
