NBC and her own E! network are owned by the giant company, who apparently don’t appreciate one of their talent pool attacking another. After Al Roker's White House poop incident, the host quipped: "This isn't the first time a 'Today' show cast member was in the news about this sensitive subject. … Matt Lauer spent every morning sh*tting all over Ann Curry," referring to Lauer's alleged plot to oust his former co-host.
