In news meant to make you slowly clap at your computer and then rise to a standing ovation as tears stream down your face, this is Chica, a border collie from Terre Haute, Ind., who loves to play fetch with her owners and ambles happily across a large farm she's never seen. Her eyes were surgically removed as a puppy, but that hasn’t stopped Chica from having a full, active life.
