Foster parents lose kids because of the political party they support
11/24/2012Three kids in England were taken from their foster parents because of a political party. The couple, who do not wish to be named (we used an illustrative image for this story), are members of the UK Independence Party, which promotes a temporary freeze on immigration and seeks an end to the "active promotion of multiculturalism." Officials said the children were "not indigenous white British," and were concerned that UKIP's stance on immigration could mean that the couple might not meet the children’s “cultural and ethnic needs.” [Source]
