Chris Brown returns to Twitter, inflames on Instagram

After quitting Twitter in a snit last week after a spat with comedian Jenny Johnson, Chris Brown has reactivated his account, but he has yet to entertain/inflame his followers with any profane new tweets — or any tweets at all. Not that he's keeping a totally low social-media profile. Brown's been posting a steady flow of photos on Instagram, including a moody black-and-white pic of himself and a scantily clad Rihanna, modestly captioned "What would music today sound like if these kids didn't exist?"
