Appearing on "The Late Show" for the first time, the oversized Republican had a trick or two up his sleeve, or rather a jelly doughnut in his pocket. The New Jersey governor out-quipped the king of comedy, biting into the doughnut and mock-complaining, "I didn't know this was going to be this long." Folks on Twitter gave Christie major kudos for poking fun at himself, showering him with accolades like "genius" and "funny guy." Well played, guv.
