Well, a horrifying story going viral about a nun claiming rebels beheaded a Christian man in Syria and left his body out for hungry dogs will only fuel the perception of religious persecution in the region. Sister Agnes-Mariam de la Croix says taxi driver Andrei Arbashe, 38, who recently married and was soon to be a father, was kidnapped after rebels overheard his brother saying they behave like "bandits." The driver's headless corpse was later found on the roadside surrounded by ravenous dogs. De la Croix says the West is turning a blind eye to horrors being committed by Islamic extremists. [Source]
