Christmas Abbott, a military contractor turned CrossFit competitor turned pit crew trainee, will be shadowing Clint Boyer’s crew in anticipation of future NASCAR assignments. She recently joined the pit crew of Camping World Truck Series driver Jennifer Jo Cobb, where the 5-foot-3-inch, 115-pound dynamo will change tires that weigh half as much as she does.
