Citgo lowers US flag to half-staff for Chavez — in Texas

3/8/2013

Did they think no one would notice? Citgo, the oil company, has its corporate headquarters in Houston but is owned by the national oil company of Venezuela. "I told the person that answered the phone that if she had a problem with raising the flag back up that I could come down and do it for her," said one Texan. [Source]
