'Cleaning Fairy' breaks in, shines your stuff, leaves a bill
5/31/2012If you've ever wished a "cleaning fairy" would drop by and tidy everything up while you're out, move to Westlake, Ohio. A real-life Windex-toting trespasser has been breaking into homes, doing light housework and leaving a bill for $75 behind. When Sherry Bush's family saw Sue Warren's note -- along with the vacuum tracks on the carpet -- they assumed Warren had stopped by the wrong house. Warren shocked them by saying that she did "this all the time," often cleaning up after the unsuspecting. Warren was charged with trespassing, leaving the Bushes freaked out but underwhelmed with her cleaning skills. "Now that we've seen the job that she did, it was like whoa, $75?" Bush said. "$15, maybe."
Would you pay the Cleaning Fairy if she broke into your house and tidied up?
