Long-lost siblings reunited on Facebook with help from 8-year-old

For all its drawbacks, Facebook has made one thing much easier: stalking people. Most of the time, this is bad. In rare instances, however, it's actually a pretty awesome thing — such as, if you’re searching for a long-lost sibling. An Iowa man, Clifford Boyson, had been searching for his older sister since they were separated 65 years ago after being placed in different Chicago foster homes. Boyson asked Eddie Hanzlin, his 8-year-old neighbor, to search for his sister on Facebook. A week later, Eddie found Betty Billadeau, who lives in Missouri, by using her maiden name. The sibs spoke via video chat Tuesday night and will reunite this weekend in Iowa. [Source]
