So what happened to Clint Eastwood's instantly infamous "empty chair," the one he conversed with so memorably and meanderingly at the 2012 Republican National Convention? It made it all the way from Florida to Washington, D.C., where it now sits in the office of RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. Priebus "gets the joke," noting that the chair is "the first thing he points out" before discussing "how his party must dramatically rethink its strategy and message in hopes of recovering from the presidential drubbing of 2012."
