Rocky Mountain High: Colorado now has private pot clubs
1/1/2013Thanks to the legalization of marijuana, residents of Colorado can literally join the MIle High Club. Two members-only marijuana clubs (previously known as dorm rooms) have opened in the state — one in Denver and one in the small burg of Del Norte. The clubs are believed to be the only legal bordellos of bud in the country. The, er, bakeries, are apparently legal because no pot is sold and neither is food and drink. Naturally, snacks are offered to patrons — in this case, Cheetos and Goldfish crackers, inspired by Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, who tried to harsh mellows by telling proponents of reefer radness not to "break out the Cheetos or Goldfish too quickly." [Source]
