Comcast tweeps have reason to gloat, thanks to DirecTV

The Twittersphere broke out in an outrage this morning after the provider dropped 17 Viacom channels after negotiations went sour, leaving 20 million households without cable staples such as Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET and VH1. Meanwhile, Comcast subscribers have never been happier. As one Twitter user noted, nobody cares about terrible customer service when there are bigger problems to worry about.
