Confused baby croc thinks giant hippo is a rock

It's not every day you see a baby crocodile hitching a ride on the back of a mammoth hippopotamus. Wildlife guide Richard Millar spotted the pair in South Africa's Kruger National Park and said they seemed to achieve a healthy symbiosis. "The hippo didn't seem to mind and did nothing to shake the croc off," he said. "It moved a little but the crocodile remained there for about 15 minutes." Millar said he assumed the little croc had mistaken the hippo's back for a rock -- probably a more suitable place for the cold-blooded creature to catch some sun.
