Man with deadly defect finds love after finding a new heart
2/17/2013It's not every day that someone gives you their heart, let alone two people. Connor Rabinowitz was a high school baseball player being recruited by multiple colleges when he got diagnosed with a deadly heart defect that would require a transplant. He eventually found a donor in Kellen Roberts, a kid from Seattle who had passed away. When Connor later travelled to Washington to thank Kellen's family for their son's gift, he quickly fell in love with Kellen's sister, Erin. The two are dating now while Connor studies to become a heart surgeon — maybe someday he'll help create a love story almost as sweet as his own. [Source]
