Man with deadly defect finds love after finding a new heart

It's not every day that someone gives you their heart, let alone two people. Connor Rabinowitz was a high school baseball player being recruited by multiple colleges when he got diagnosed with a deadly heart defect that would require a transplant. He eventually found a donor in Kellen Roberts, a kid from Seattle who had passed away.
