For only the 2nd time, Constitution will be read aloud in Congress

The members of Congress will begin their day on Tuesday by doing something that has only been done once before: reading  the Constitution of the United States, otherwise known as the document that outlines their job description, aloud. The idea was proposed by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who said, "One of the resounding themes I have heard from my constituents is that Congress should adhere to the Constitution and the finite list of powers it grants to the federal government." The only other time the Constitution had been read aloud in the House was two years ago, when Speaker John Boehner and the Republican majority took control. [Source]
