Delicious cookie doubles as scathing protest of holiday season
11/3/2012Now that it's officially November, prepare to be hit over the head mercilessly with reminders that Christmas is right around the corner. Many cities are putting lights on trees, and one mall where Redditor MundaneHymn works has already started playing holiday music. This didn't go over very well with a woman who runs a cookie shop in the mall. MundaneHymn posted a pic of her newest cookie creation, a protest statement that quickly made it to the top of Reddit's front page. The delicious-looking missive features a turkey yelling at Santa Claus, saying, "This month is for MY holiday! Now hop in your sleigh and wait your turn!" We'll take a dozen. [Source]
