No laughing matter as cop & clown get into daytime brawl

One cop found out last week that some forms of clowning around aren’t funny. Getting into a brawl with a clown would be one of those occasions. On Friday, an officer in Milwaukee responded to a report of a man dressed as a clown, chasing cars and squirting them with water guns. When the officer attempted to arrest the clown, police say the man resisted and a tussle ensued, producing the startling sight of a cop and a clown fighting in broad daylight. The fight?
