Cop being investigated for arguing that 'arguing' can be ticketed

Chris Jackson's helmet-cam video of being ticketed by a Los Angeles cop patrolling the Venice bike path for "arguing with me" has had its intended effect: The ticket has been voided and the policeman, identified only by his last name of Gracey, is under investigation by the LAPD. Jackson had moved out his lane while complaining that Gracey's scooter was blocking traffic, but the only crime seems to be how easily the cop let a mouthy citizen get under his skin. A path-side jury of Jackson's peers saw it the same way. "We'd love to have you out here protecting us, not harassing us," complained another rider. [Source]
