Cops get caught in scramble to get away after egging sergeant's house
1/4/2013Sounds like the Newton, Mass., police department needs a new internal grievance protocol. When cops in nearby Framingham responded to a report that teenagers were tossing eggs at a house, what they found was actually three off-duty Newton police officers scrambling to get away. The officers insisted the egg-chucking was just "a prank, a joke between friends." Further inquiries revealed that the house they were egging belonged to the Newton police sergeant, the pranksters' superior officer. He said he'd handle the matter internally. Yikes. Hope the boss can take a yolk. [Source]
