Cop's dash cam allegedly catches his solo sex talk

A former Santa Fe police sergeant is in a sticky situation thanks to video footage captured by his cruiser's dash cam in which he can allegedly be heard talking dirty on the (ahem) beat. The footage, uncovered by some poor local news reporter who waded through 10-plus hours of dashcam video, was a 10-second interlude reportedly revealing Sgt. Mike Eiskan looking at a pornographic image on his cell phone, moaning about "big beautiful breasts" and other female body parts, and, likely, polishing the ol' nightstick. The kicker? Sgt. Eiskan's badge number: 69. Sante Fe police are investigating the matter.
