Cop's pepper spray allegedly explodes woman's eyeball
5/13/2012Christina Hernandez, a 32-year-old mother from Beaumont, California had her right eyeball exploded, allegedly by the 400 mph stream of pepper spray from a police officer's high-powered, nonlethal gun after arresting her for a suspected DUI. If true, this police officer makes the UC Davis casual pepper-spray cop look like a shining example of civic responsibility. "She did nothing to warrant him putting a gun ... to her forehead and pulling the trigger, causing her right eye to explode and causing severe nerve damage in her left eye to the extent that she's been declared legally blind," said Hernandez's lawyer, Milton Grimes. Officer Clark is on administrative leave from the police force while awaiting trial.
