Cops pull guns on MLB star, make him show ID
4/5/2012When Los Angeles Angels outfielder Torii Hunter got home after an exhibition game on Wednesday night, he accidentally tripped his alarm system. A pair of cops showed up and welcomed him home by pulling their pistols on him. According to Hunter, the officers wouldn't holster their weapons until he'd taken them all the way upstairs to show off his ID. ''They didn't believe I lived here," he tweeted. "When I showed him my ID, he said I'm an angel fan hope u guys have a great season. ARE U KIDDING ME!" Hunter wasn't upset by the situation and later posted a thank you to the cops. Sorry, Torii, guess you've blown your chance to have a beer summit with the president.
Would you be annoyed if you'd gotten the same treatment?
