Cops pull over a polar bear, which then tries to run away

This dashboard-camera video of a traffic stop looks pretty typical for the first 20 seconds -- until a man in a polar bear suit bursts out of the driver's seat and appears to try to make a run for it. We don't know why the driver was pulled over, or what charges he may have eventually faced. We're not even 100 percent sure where this was shot, though it's probably France. (The YouTube title, in translation, is "The arrest of a polar bear by the police.") What remains clear is that the police officer seems to have regained control of the situation quickly -- and without anyone, man or bear, being hurt.
